  • 1 cup canned coconut milk full-fat
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups soy yogurt or any other non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup kiwi peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black berries


  • Place chia seeds, coconut milk, and maple syrup into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Cover the container and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
