Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

This delicious choclate avocado smoothie can help you get enough calories to stop unitneded weight loss or promote weight gain.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups half and half
  • 1 med banana, frozen
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 5 cubes ice, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients, in order from top to bottom, into a blender or blender cup.
  • Blend until smooth (without chunks) using the smoothie button if it is an option.
  • Pour into 14 oz or larger drinking cup and enjoy.

Notes

Use frozen banana and/or avocado for a colder smoothie.
