Avocado Weight Gain Smoothie
This delicious smoothie can help you reach your weight gain goals!
Servings 1 Smoothie

- 1 medium banana fresh or frozen
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup whole milk
- almond whipped cream, to taste optional
- caramel syrup, to taste
- ice
Add all ingredients, in order from top to bottom, into a blender or blender cup. Blend until smooth (without chunks) using the smoothie button if it is an option.
Pour into 14 oz or larger drinking cup.
