Roasted Almonds
These delicious roasted almonds are great for the cold weather season!

- 2 cups almonds, unsalted
- 1 egg white
Spicy Option:
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp course sea salt
- 2 tsp oregano
Sweet Option:
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the egg white in a bowl until it has a foamy consistency.
Add the almonds to the egg whites and mix well. In a separate bowl add the spicy option or sweet option together.
Add the spicy mix or sweet mix to the almonds and mix well.
Spread the almond mix on the baking sheet and spray the almonds with cooking spray. Put in the oven on the middle rack.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. When done baking, cool completely on a wire rack.
Place almonds into an airtight container. Enjoy!
