Weight Gainer Cookies
These high calorie no bake cookies are easy to make and delicious!

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat on the stovetop.
Add the milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir the mixture until it boils.
Boil for two minutes. Turn off the heat.
Add the vanilla extract, peanut butter, and oats. Stir until combined.
Scoop the cookies onto the cookie sheet. Flatten the cookies to your desired thickness.
Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
