Weight Gainer Cookies

These high calorie no bake cookies are easy to make and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat on the stovetop.
  • Add the milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir the mixture until it boils.
  • Boil for two minutes. Turn off the heat.
  • Add the vanilla extract, peanut butter, and oats. Stir until combined.
  • Scoop the cookies onto the cookie sheet. Flatten the cookies to your desired thickness.
  • Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
