Pumpkin Pie Dump Cake

Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Puree Mixture:

  • 1 29 oz can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs

Topping:

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13 pan with baking spray.
  • Add pumpkin, eggs, cream, sugar, salt, and spice into a large bowl and beat together with a mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Pour pumpkin mixture into a pan and spread it evenly in pan.
  • Put cake mix into a medium bowl and mix in flour and sugar with a whisk.
  • Sprinkle cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture in the pan followed by the toffee bits.
  • Pour melted butter on top of the cake.
  • Bake for 60 to 70 minutes until the cake doesn't wobble in the center and the top is golden brown.
  • Cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serve warm or chilled.
