Pumpkin Pie Dump Cake

Pumpkin Puree Mixture:
- 1 29 oz can Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
Topping:
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup butter melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13 pan with baking spray.
Add pumpkin, eggs, cream, sugar, salt, and spice into a large bowl and beat together with a mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Pour pumpkin mixture into a pan and spread it evenly in pan.
Put cake mix into a medium bowl and mix in flour and sugar with a whisk.
Sprinkle cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture in the pan followed by the toffee bits.
Pour melted butter on top of the cake.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes until the cake doesn't wobble in the center and the top is golden brown.
Cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serve warm or chilled.
