Coconut Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 whole passionfruit
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • coconut flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend 12 oz of unsweetened coconut yogurt, coconut sugar and the pineapple chunks until smooth.
  • Once blended, pour into the bowl and use as yogurt bowl base.
  • Sprinkle flax and chia seeds on top of the yogurt bowl.
  • Cut open the passionfruit and scoop out the insides onto the top of the bowl. Sprinkle with coconut flakes if you like. Enjoy!
