Benefits of Coconut Yogurt Bowl
Our Coconut Yogurt Bowl is full of delicious and beneficial ingredients that will help give you energy throughout the day!
Coconuts are high in fat and rich in nutrients! They are high in manganese which is essential for bone health, and also high in copper, iron, and selenium. Coconut is also high in fiber which helps our gut health and to keep us full.
Using coconut yogurt in this recipe adds a delicious tropical flavor! Flax seeds and chia seeds are also nutrient powerhouses! Flax can help add fiber to your diet (they are better absorbed ground vs whole) and so can chia seeds. They are also both rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are important for our health.
Passionfruit and pineapple are both rich in vitamin C and fiber. Coconut sugar and coconut flakes add extra flavor and calories to this Coconut Yogurt Bowl!
