First, chop the peach into smaller pieces and place them in one layer onto a plate. Squeeze the lemon over the chopped pieces, drizzle with honey, cover and place in the fridge. 

After the peach has chilled for at least 30 minutes, add to the blender with the Yakult beverage and blend.

This delicious peach yakult recipe is rich in probiotics!
Servings 1 drink

  • 1 medium peach about 170 grams
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 bottle yakult
  • 1/2 tbsp honey


  • Chop a whole peach into smaller pieces and squeeze the juice over the top of the peach pieces.
  • Drizzle the honey over the peach and lemon and cover the plate with plastic film, store in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Add the peach and yakult into a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
