Peanut butter is one of the best high calorie ingredients due to its high fat content and desirable flavor! It also contains many beneficial nutrients like vitamin D, selenium, iron, magnesium, and vitamin B6.

Peanut butter also contains fiber which helps keep you feeling full longer, and it also contains some protein which contributes to feeling full.

Even though many consider high fat ingredients as “bad” for you, this isn’t always the case. Peanut butter contains unsaturated fats which actually can help lower your LDL cholesterol, otherwise known as the bad cholesterol! This can help lower your risk of heart disease.
